Stayed at this hotel for a night. Chose this hotel based on proximity as we had to be at the temple by 4am. Overall hotel is clean and with good staff. Only disappointment was had to leave the hotel without breakfast though breakfast was included in our rate only because their breakfast starts only by 8am. When asked at 7.15 am no attempt was done. They could have at least served us cup of coffee.

Had stayed here for a night to visit Guruvayoor temple.Booked this hotel via Agoda. Good thing about hotel is Size of the room very spacious, clean with decent ventilation.Hotel 1 Km away from the temple, Check in was super fast that to in midnight,😲😲 I heartfully appreciate the front office staff for their co-operation and Courteous behaviour.They provided late check out by going out of the way. Overall this Property is paisa Vasool, I strongly recommend this Hotel.

Had stayed here for a night when we planned to visit Guruvayoor temple. We booked this hotel when there was a good deal at Agoda. Good thing about hotel is that the room we got was spacious, clean with decent ventilation. Though hotel is one Km away from the temple, because of the good room we felt ok. But good things often gets thrashed easily by not so good things which in this case is service. We could not get a good service from the hotel during our stay. We felt that attitude of even front office staff is like if you want you stay or look your way... Exactly 10 minutes after check out time, power went off and even after informing reception power didn’t resumed. Not sure if the power was deliberately switched off. Coming to food, there is restaurant at the ground floor but limited menu for veg was less and the taste is also average. There was complimentary breakfast next morning but we never had such a limited breakfast option anywhere till now. Overall it was a good property but lot of improvement needed in service right from front office staff...

Cheating by hotel management

The hotel management has cheated me by charging extra payment in excess of what has been shown while booking online. I stayed during the period 2.9.2019 to 3.9.2019. The room given to me was a smoking zone, where bad smell of cigars was emanating and a huge ashtray was kept in front of the elevator. No complementary breakfast was provided. On asking, it was replied that on Tuesday there is no complementary breakfast. Room given to me was facing the road and loud noise of vehicles were always there. I will not suggest anyone to stay at this hotel, who cheats public.
